Private pilot terms

CM Cash is operated by Carlos Castillo, operating as CM Restaurant Technologies. These terms describe authorized use of the private pilot; they are not an offer for public sale.

Authorized use

CM Cash is intended for authorized Chino-Mex staff on supported, approved Clover installations. Do not share its private installation link outside authorized recipients.

What the preview records

The app records physical counts and custody attestations. It does not establish a verified drawer balance or confirm a deposit with a bank. Entered names are not always authenticated identities. Continue existing accounting and cash controls.

Your records

Enter accurate information, protect device access and exported files, and maintain usable backups. Forgotten backup passwords cannot be recovered by the app.

Separate platform services

CM Cash is provided by its operator, not by Clover. Clover is not the licensor of CM Cash. Applicable Clover agreements continue to govern Clover services.

Support and changes

Contact support for help or to stop participating in the pilot. No guaranteed response time or uninterrupted availability is promised. Features may change during testing. Preserve a usable backup before removing the app. Any future paid offering will have separate pricing and terms presented before purchase.

Preview limitations

This is preview software under evaluation. Verify its records against your actual cash controls before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
